Usman is one of the most talented financial accountants in the industry. In his over 8 years of experience in the industry he has honed his skills to the mark of a true professional. His insights and attention to detail are always leaving clients amazed and grateful as the savings pile up, and critical losses prevented.

If there is one person who can run the show all on their own, its Debbie. Critical thinking and overseeing operations is the cornerstone of Debbie. A true anchor and asset to the firm and to the clients. There is no project , big or small that Debbie has not ran smoothly from beginning to end.

Carmen  has over 25 years of experience in Property Management, Landlord Tenant Board. She's also a License Paralegal. She will be overseeing Property Management Operations for South West Ontario Region.

 

Bob the president and co-founder of Pembridge insurance company . (all state subsidy). He has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Bob Sits on the board of MPMG. His role as an advisor is invaluable to our clients, as his knowledge and expertise continuously prove to be an asset to clients.

Rabbia is a PHD research candidate for nano technology/  electronics York University. Her research is in the field of robotics and environmental sciences. Her consultation on various trends in energy efficiency have proven to be very cost effect for clients.

High Rise Building consisted of 105 Apartments:

• Successfully applied and received funding in the amount of half a million dollars ($0.5m), which was then used for various building improvement projects.

 

• With strong Analytical Skills, successfully negotiated 25 year commercial roof rental lease with telecommunication vendors, significant increase in revenue, and obtained perks for community development.

 

• Prudent Management Approach resulted in huge growth in Reserves. Balance as at December 31, 2014 was 1.2 million dollars, invested in various money markets maximizing the interest income. Kept Receivables below $500 at all times.

• Dealt with and resolved several challenging issues included huge Arrears, Outstanding City Orders, and conflicts re Common Area Repairs, Waste

 

 Management, and Parking Issues. Developed and implemented Policies and Procedures in conjunction with condo by-laws dealing with such issues. In just few months, the condominium presented picture of harmony and owner’s satisfaction.

• High rise building consisted of 180 apartments located in Scarborough, and Native Housing Complex consisted of 160 scattered homes located in Peterborough, were placed under court appointed receivers. With strong financial background, we were able to run surplus for two consecutive fiscal years and because of successful operations project was released and sold to third parties.
